Meeting
Josh holds weekly office hours to provide focused, accessible support for students, colleagues, and community members in Dublin, Ohio. Sessions are available both in-person and virtually to accommodate different needs.
- When: Weekly, Tuesdays 2:00–4:00 PM (Ohio time).
- Format: Drop-in appointments first, with 15-minute time blocks reserved for brief questions; 45-minute slots available by prior scheduling for in-depth consultations.
- How to join: Walk-ins welcome while slots remain; to guarantee a specific time, email Josh at [email protected] with preferred day/time and topic, or use the department’s booking page.
- Topics covered: Course material clarification, assignment feedback, project guidance, career and internship advice, and general academic support.
- Preparation: Bring specific questions, relevant materials (assignments, code, drafts), and preferred times for follow-up.
- Response time: Email confirmations and scheduling replies within 24–48 business hours.
- Accessibility: If you need accommodations (longer sessions, alternate formats, or different locations), indicate this when requesting an appointment and Josh will arrange appropriate support.
